In 2013, we formed an innovation team that successfully delivered value both to our law firm and to our legal department clients. Our efforts resulted in significant cost savings, improved workflows, increased cross-departmental engagement and international recognition.
Now, three key members of the original team have reunited, in collaboration with a collective of dynamic legal professionals and organizations, to help law firms and legal departments design and implement innovative solutions, develop organizational health and empower teams at all levels – at a point in time when this is needed the most.

Sue Churchill
Sue is a highly organized professional with 25+ years of law firm experience grounded in strong customer service. She is passionate about creating efficiency, structure, and sustainability in the workplace, and approaches her work with a deep commitment. As a skilled team leader, process developer, and manager, Sue created a high-performing cross-functional team. She proficiently coached and mentored burgeoning team leaders with an eye to supporting strong leadership in the firm. Sue worked on multiple software implementations, which consisted of vendor research, coordination and facilitation of demonstrations, collection of documentation and feedback, and timing and go/no-go decisions. Sustainability is also an important focus area for Sue; she worked with firm leaders on initiatives including travel minimization, sustainable commuting options, and office waste reduction.
Ron is a highly focused, purpose-driven, and impact-oriented professional with over thirty years of leadership expertise – leading, designing, & implementing organizational transformation efforts of large-scale complex business change initiatives. Ron grounds his work in brain science / neuroleadership principles & practices to maximize performance by optimizing leadership & organizational brain functioning.
